To understand your audience consider the following questions:
-Who are they (Demographics,professions ...etc )?
-What content do the want to hear / know ?
-What's your relation with them?
-When ( Date - Time ) the meeting will start?
-Where is meeting location?
-How many people will attend?
-What's your relation with them?
-Are there any cultural differences?
-Investigate the audience, know them and communicate with most of them before meeting as possible.
-Remember names and faces to communicate with them during presentation.?
