Listening is the process to understand the meaning of what others say.

80 % Of Their Working Hours Either:
* Listening OR
* Acting on What They Hear
Listening Problems:• Controlling the wandering mind
• Incorrectly decoding
• Resisting other people’s ideas
• Not showing interest
Listening Is Hard Work:1-You should listen to understand what is meant.
2- As you listen be careful not to interpret too quickly.
3-Control your impatience let the speaker finish.
4-Do not prepare your answer while you listen.
